Group tuition
Group tuition is carried out in the same way as my 1-to-1 tuition but have the added advantage of the students being able to interact with each other as well as with me.
The tuition consists of a weekly 1 hour live lesson and students also receive access to the relevant topics in my bespoke video courses.
Summary of Paired / Group tuition
- it is more affordable than 1-to-1 tuition!
- the theory taught is always syllabus specific
- recordings of lessons will be sent to any student who is absent from a paired / group lesson
- students have access to a video course to help them prepare in advance for each lesson
- students have access to past paper questions on each topic
- students are able to contact me outside of lessons if they have any small problems with any of the theory taught or any past paper questions
- working with others gives students confidence and the chance to learn from other students' questions and responses

If students approach me as a ready formed group, I am able to go through whichever course they have requested as a group. It is helpful if all students are working at a similar level. This is by far the best way to have group tuition with me and to guarantee a place in my timetable.
There is no maximum for this group.

If a student has a preference for group tuition but does not have a partner(s) to form a group, I am happy to start lessons with that student at the charge of a 1-to-1 lesson fee in order to guarantee them a place in the timetable. This fee would continue until the student or myself find other student(s) to join the group. Although I would do my best to find suitable students to make up a group, I cannot guarantee that this would be possible.
Group tuition works best for each student when all members of the group start together at the start of each academic year.
